Abstract
(EN) Provided are: a magnetic refrigerant material which can be installed in an AMR-cycle-type magnetic refrigerator capable of being operated at a low temperature range of 10 to 80K and has high performance and high reliability; an AMR bed using the magnetic refrigerant material; and a magnetic refrigeration device employing the AMR bed. In examples of the present invention, the magnetic refrigerant material has an AlB2-type crystal structure, has a main phase comprising crystals each represented by a compositional formula: RB2 (wherein B represents boron; and R represents at least one rare earth element) or a solid solution of the crystals and subphases (comprising an R phase and/or an RB4 phase) dispersed finely in the main phase.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un matériau frigorigène magnétique qui peut être installé dans un réfrigérateur magnétique de type à cycle AMR pouvant fonctionner à une plage de températures basses de 10 à 80K et qui présente des performances et une fiabilité élevées ; un lit AMR utilisant le matériau frigorigène magnétique ; et un dispositif de réfrigération magnétique utilisant le lit AMR. Dans des exemples de la présente invention, le matériau frigorigène magnétique possède une structure cristalline de type AlB2, comporte une phase principale comprenant des cristaux chacun représenté par une formule de composition : RB2 (dans laquelle B représente le bore ; et R représente au moins un élément des terres rares) ou une solution solide des cristaux et des sous-phases (comprenant une phase R et/ou une phase RB4) dispersée finement dans la phase principale.
(JA) 10-80Kの低温域で動作するAMRサイクルの磁気冷凍機に搭載可能な高性能で信頼性の高い磁気冷凍材料、それを用いたAMRベッド、および、これを用いた磁気冷凍装置を提供すること。 本発明の実施例において、磁気冷凍材料は、AlB型結晶構造を有し、組成式RB(Bはホウ素、Rは少なくとも1種の希土類元素)で表される結晶または結晶の固溶体である主相とし、前記主相中に副相(R相および/またはRB相を含む)が微細に分散されている。
