Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to novel probe compounds of formulae I and II defined herein. The present invention also relates to methods of synthesising these novel probe compounds and to their use in assays and screens for determining the binding of a test molecule to the ATP-binding site of a target protein, such as, for example, the Mismatch Repair (MMR) component proteins PMS2 and MLH1, or for determining the location and/or quantity of such target proteins in a biological sample.
(FR) La présente invention concerne de nouveaux composés de sonde de formules I et II définis dans la description. La présente invention concerne également des procédés de synthèse de ces nouveaux composés de sonde et leur utilisation dans des dosages et des criblages permettant de déterminer la liaison d'une molécule d'essai au site de liaison à l'ATP d'une protéine cible, comme par exemple, des protéines PMS2 et MLH1 de composant de réparation de mésappariement (MMR), ou pour déterminer l'emplacement et/ou la quantité de telles protéines cibles dans un échantillon biologique.
