A lectin-macromolecule carrier coupling complex for separating a glycosylated exosome in a clinical sample, comprising a macromolecule carrier and lectin coupled to the outer side of the macromolecular carrier. The complex can conveniently, rapidly and accurately separate the glycosylated exosome in the clinical sample, and is high in separation efficiency and good in repeatability, and the separated exosome is complete in form and free of breakage or fragmentation and can be directly used for glycosylated exosome liquid test or directly used for immunological correlation test or directly used for genetic analysis by directly extracting related nucleic acid in the exosome.

L'invention concerne un complexe de couplage de lectine-support macromoléculaire destiné à séparer un exosome glycosylé dans un échantillon clinique, comprenant un support macromoléculaire et une lectine couplée au côté externe du support macromoléculaire. Le complexe peut séparer de manière pratique, rapide et précise l'exosome glycosylé dans l'échantillon clinique, et présente une efficacité de séparation élevée et une bonne répétabilité, et l'exosome séparé est parfaitement intact et exempt de rupture ou de fragmentation et peut être utilisé directement pour un test de liquide d'exosomes glycosylés ou utilisé directement pour un test de corrélation immunologique ou utilisé directement pour une analyse génétique par extraction directe d'acide nucléique apparenté dans l'exosome.

一种凝集素-大分子载体偶联复合物,用于分离临床样本中的糖基化外泌体,复合物包括大分子载体和偶联在大分子载体外侧的凝集素。复合物可以简便、快速、精准分离临床样本中的糖基化外泌体,分离效率高,重复性好,分离后的外泌体形态完整,无破裂或碎裂,可直接用于糖基化外泌体液体检测,或直接进行免疫学相关检测,或利用直接提取的外泌体内相关核酸进行基因检测分析。
