Provided is harmless processing of sulfonated mud and drill cuttings dry solidified powder; said dry solidified powder consists of calcium silicate, activated carbon or graphite powder, anhydrous sodium sulfate, lithium metasilicate, calcium hydroxide, crosslinked lignosulfonate, magnesium oxide, nano-adsorbent, and catalyst. The invention is used for harmless processing of sulfonated mud drill cuttings, can make the sulfonated mud drill cuttings harmless, dry, and environmentally friendly; the processed mud and drill cuttings can be used for making building raw materials or road construction materials, and can also be used for growing ornamental plants.

L'invention concerne un traitement sans danger de poudre sèche solidifiée de boues sulfonées et de déblais de forage ; ladite poudre sèche solidifiée est constituée de silicate de calcium, de poudre de charbon actif ou de graphite, de sulfate de sodium anhydre, de métasilicate de lithium, d'hydroxyde de calcium, de lignosulfonate réticulé, d'oxyde de magnésium, de nanoadsorbant et de catalyseur. L'invention est utilisée pour le traitement sans danger des déblais de forage de boues sulfonées, peut rendre les déblais de forage de boues sulfonées sans danger, secs et respectueux de l'environnement ; les boues et les déblais de forage traités peuvent être utilisés pour fabriquer des matières premières de construction ou des matériaux pour la construction de routes, et peuvent également être utilisés pour la culture de plantes ornementales.
