Abstract
(DE) Eine Lithiumionen-Batterie hat eine Kathode, die ein Komposit- Kathodenaktivmaterial umfasst, und eine Anode, die ein Anodenaktivmaterial umfasst. Das Komposit-Kathodenaktivmaterial umfasst mindestens ein erstes und ein zweites Kathodenaktivmaterial, wobei das zweite Kathodenaktivmaterial eine Verbindung mit Spinellstruktur ist und wobei zumindest ein Lithiierungsgrad des ersten Kathodenaktivmaterials von einem Lithiumgehalt des zweiten Kathodenaktivmaterials verschieden ist. Ein Lithiierungsgrad a des ersten Kathodenaktivmaterials ist vor der Elektrolytbefüllung bzw. dem ersten Entlade- und/oder Ladevorgang der Lithiumionen-Batterie höher als ein Lithiierungsgrad b des zweiten Kathodenaktivmaterials. Das Anodenaktivmaterial ist vor der Elektrolytbefüllung bzw. dem ersten Entlade- und/oder Ladevorgang der Lithiumionen-Batterie vorlithiiert Zudem wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer solchen Lithiumionen-Batterie angegeben.
(EN) The invention relates to a lithium ion battery having a cathode which comprises a composite cathode active material and an anode which comprises an anode active material. The composite cathode active material comprises at least one first and one second cathode active material, wherein the second cathode active material is a compound having a spinel structure and wherein at least one degree of lithiation of the first cathode active material is different from a lithium content of the second cathode active material. A degree of lithiation a of the first cathode active material is higher than a degree of lithiation b of the second cathode active material before the electrolyte filling and before the first discharging and/or charging process of the lithium ion battery. The anode active material is pre-lithiated before the electrolyte filling and the first discharging and/or charging process of the lithium ion battery. In addition, the invention relates to a method for producing such a lithium ion battery.
(FR) L’invention porte sur une batterie lithium-ion ayant une cathode qui comprend un matériau actif de cathode composite et une anode qui comprend un matériau actif d’anode. Le matériau actif de cathode composite comprend au moins un premier et un deuxième matériau actif de cathode, tel que le deuxième matériau actif de cathode est un composé ayant une structure en spinelle et tel qu’au moins un degré de lithiation du premier matériau actif de cathode est différent d’une teneur en lithium du deuxième matériau actif de cathode.
