Abstract
(DE) Eine Lithiumionen-Batterie hat eine Kathode, die ein Komposit- Kathodenaktivmaterial umfasst, und eine Anode, die ein Anodenaktivmaterial umfasst. Das Komposit-Kathodenaktivmaterial umfasst mindestens ein erstes und ein zweites Kathodenaktivmaterial, wobei das zweite Kathodenaktivmaterial eine Verbindung mit Olivinstruktur ist, und wobei zumindest ein Lithiierungsgrad des ersten Kathodenaktivmaterials von einem Lithiierungsgrad des zweiten Kathodenaktivmaterials verschieden ist. Der Lithiierungsgrad des ersten Kathodenaktivmaterials ist vor der Elektrolytbefüllung bzw. dem ersten Entlade- und/oder Ladevorgang der Lithiumionen-Batterie höher als der Lithiierungsgrad des zweiten Kathodenaktivmaterials. Das Anodenaktivmaterial ist vor der Elektrolytbefüllung bzw. dem ersten Entlade- und/oder Ladevorgang der Lithiumionen-Batterie vorlithiiert. Zudem wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer solchen Lithiumionen-Batterie angegeben.
(EN) The invention relates to a lithium ion battery having a cathode, which comprises a composite cathode active material, and an anode, which comprises an anode active material. The composite cathode active material comprises at least a first and a second cathode active material, wherein the second cathode active material is a compound with an olivine structure, and wherein at least a lithiation degree of the first cathode active material differs from a lithiation degree of the second cathode active material. Prior to electrolyte filling or the first discharging and/or charging process of the lithium ion battery, the lithiation degree of the first cathode active material is higher than the lithiation degree of the second cathode active material. Prior to electrolyte filling or the first discharging and/or charging process of the lithium ion battery, the anode active material is pre-lithiated. The invention further relates to a method for producing a lithium ion battery of this kind.
