Abstract
(EN) Disclosed are an idle state terminal device detection method and related device. The method comprises: sending a first system message, wherein the first system message comprises a first field, and the first field is used for indicating an idle state terminal device to periodically initiate random access; and receiving a random access request sent by the idle state terminal device, such that the idle state terminal device enters a connected state. A network device sends the first system message carrying the first field to the terminal device, and the terminal device in an idle state periodically initiates the random access to the network device, so as to realize the connection between the terminal device and the network device. The network device learns whether there is a terminal device in the current coverage range.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détection de dispositif terminal à l'état de repos et un dispositif associé. Le procédé consiste à : envoyer un premier message système, le premier message système comprenant un premier champ et le premier champ étant utilisé pour indiquer à un dispositif terminal à l'état de repos de déclencher périodiquement un accès aléatoire ; et recevoir une requête d'accès aléatoire envoyée par le dispositif terminal à l'état de repos, de telle sorte que le dispositif terminal à l'état de repos entre dans un état connecté. Un dispositif de réseau envoie le premier message système transportant le premier champ au dispositif terminal et le dispositif terminal dans un état de repos déclenche périodiquement l'accès aléatoire au dispositif de réseau, de façon à réaliser la connexion entre le dispositif terminal et le dispositif de réseau. Le dispositif de réseau apprend s'il existe un dispositif terminal dans la plage de couverture actuelle.
(ZH) 本申请实施例公开了一种空闲态终端设备检测方法以及相关设备,包括:发送第一系统消息,第一系统消息包括第一字段,第一字段用于指示空闲态终端设备周期性发起随机接入;接收空闲态终端设备发送的随机接入请求,以使得空闲态终端设备进入连接态。网络设备通过向终端设备发送携带第一字段的第一系统消息,处于空闲态的终端设备可周期性向网络设备发起随机接入,以实现终端设备和网络设备之间的连接。网络设备以此获知当前覆盖范围内,是否存在终端设备。
