Provided is an arginine deiminase-containing genetic engineering corynebacterium glutamicum having a preservation number of CGMCC No.19404, which expresses a cipA-arc fusion protein. The engineering bacteria and the cipA-arc fusion protein can both be used for converting [14/15N]-L-arginine for producing [14/15N]-L-citrulline.

L'invention concerne un corynebacterium glutamicum génétiquement modifié contenant de l'arginine déiminase ayant un numéro de conservation CGMCC No.19404, qui exprime une protéine hybride cipA-arc. Les bactéries d'ingénierie et la protéine hybride cipA-arc peuvent à la fois être utilisées pour convertir la [14/15N]-L-arginine afin de produire de la [14/15N]-L-citrulline.
