Abstract
(EN) A method for tensioning a prefabricated component employing centroid tracking and seam width control comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing a coordinate set Ω (107) of a center point at a centerline micro-segment of a rubber seal and a coordinate set Π (101) of a center point at a bolt hole position; step 2, respectively performing calculations to obtain a geometric centroid (K) of the rubber seal and a counter force centroid (KF) of the rubber seal; step 3, performing calculations to obtain a tensioning force centroid of a jack (KP); step 4, tensioning a prefabricated component employing seam width control; and step 5, tensioning the prefabricated component employing centroid tracking. The method for tensioning a prefabricated component employing centroid tracking and seam width control can realize uniform compression of a rubber seal and a constant seam width, thereby enhancing connection precision of prefabricated components and construction quality of a prefabricated structure.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de mise tensionnement d'un composant préfabriqué employant un suivi centroïde et une commande de largeur de jonction qui comprend les étapes suivantes : étape 1, établissement d'un ensemble de coordonnées Ω (107) d'un point central au niveau d'un micro-segment médian d'un joint en caoutchouc et d'un ensemble de coordonnées Π (101) d'un point central au niveau d'une position de trou de boulon ; étape 2, respectivement, effectuer des calculs pour obtenir un centroïde géométrique (K) du joint en caoutchouc et un centroïde de contre-force (KF) du joint en caoutchouc ; étape 3, effectuer des calculs pour obtenir un centroïde de force de tensionnement d'un vérin (KP) ; étape 4, tensionner un composant préfabriqué employant une commande de largeur de jonction ; et étape 5, tensionnement du composant préfabriqué en employant un suivi centroïde. Le procédé de tensionnement d'un composant préfabriqué employant un suivi centroïde et une commande de largeur de jonction permet d'obtenir une compression uniforme d'un joint en caoutchouc et une largeur de joint constante, ce qui permet d'améliorer la précision de liaison de composants préfabriqués et la qualité de construction d'une structure préfabriquée.
(ZH) 一种基于形心跟踪和缝宽控制的预制装配式构件张拉方法,步骤如下:步骤一:建立橡胶密封垫中心线微段中心点坐标集Ω(107)以及螺栓孔位中心点坐标集Π(101);步骤二:分别计算得到橡胶密封垫几何形心(K)和橡胶密封垫反力形心(K F);步骤三:计算千斤顶张拉力形心(K P);步骤四:基于缝宽控制进行预制装配式构件的张拉;步骤五:基于形心跟踪进行预制装配式构件张拉。该基于形心跟踪和缝宽控制的预制装配式构件张拉方法能实现橡胶密封垫均匀压缩、接缝各处缝宽相同,从而提高预制构件拼装精度和预制装配式结构的建造质量。
