Provided are a tumor immunotherapy polypeptide and an application thereof. The polypeptide comprises at least any polypeptide in a first peptide group, and can optionally comprise at least any polypeptide in a second peptide group; the first peptide group comprises polypeptides the amino acid sequences of which are represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 6 and first derivative peptides; and the second peptide group comprises polypeptides the amino acid sequences of which are represented by SEQ ID NO: 7 to SEQ ID NO: 15 and second derivative peptides thereof. Further provided are a use of an isolated nucleic acid, a construct, an expression vector, a host cell, a pharmaceutical composition, an antigen-presenting cell, an immune effector cell, a tumor vaccine, and a polypeptide in the preparation of a drug for preventing or treating tumors, and a method for treating patients suffering from tumors.

La présente invention concerne un polypeptide d'immunothérapie antitumorale et son utilisation. Le polypeptide comprend au moins tout polypeptide dans un premier groupe peptidique, et peut éventuellement comprendre au moins un polypeptide dans un second groupe peptidique; le premier groupe peptidique comprend des polypeptides dont les séquences d'acides aminés sont représentées par SEQ ID NO : 1 à SEQ ID NO : 6 et des premiers peptides dérivés; et le second groupe peptidique comprend des polypeptides dont les séquences d'acides aminés sont représentées par SEQ ID NO : 7 à SEQ ID NO : 15 et des seconds peptides dérivés de ceux-ci. L'invention concerne en outre une utilisation d'un acide nucléique isolé, une construction, un vecteur d'expression, une cellule hôte, une composition pharmaceutique, une cellule présentatrice d'antigène, une cellule effectrice immunitaire, un vaccin antitumoral, et un polypeptide dans la préparation d'un médicament pour la prévention ou le traitement de tumeurs, et une méthode de traitement de patients souffrant de tumeurs.
