Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to the use of a substrate comprising a textured surface with a plurality of protrusions and a bulk portion, for promoting neural cell network growth in vitro and/or ex-vivo; for a culturing method; and for complex neural cell network reconstruction. The invention also relates to the use of a substrate for cell stimulation; and to a probe, a stimulation device, and a monitor device comprising the substrate and their uses. In addition, the invention relates to compositions comprising the substrate and their medical uses. Moreover the invention relates to a kit comprising the substrate.
(FR) La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un substrat comprenant une surface texturée avec une pluralité de protubérances et une partie massive, pour favoriser la croissance de réseau de cellules neurales in vitro et/ou ex vivo ; pour un procédé de culture ; et pour la reconstruction de réseau de cellules neurales complexes. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation d'un substrat pour la stimulation de cellules ; et une sonde, un dispositif de stimulation et un dispositif de surveillance comprenant le substrat et leurs utilisations. L'invention concerne en outre des compositions contenant le substrat et leurs utilisations dans le domaine médical. De plus, l'invention concerne un kit comprenant le substrat.
