In this fluorescent protein, in the amino acid sequence of green fluorescent protein (GFP) derived from Aequorea victoria, or a variant fluorescent protein of said green fluorescent protein, the amino acid residue (alanine residue) corresponding to position 206 using the amino acid sequence of GFP as a reference sequence is substituted with a phenylalanine residue.

Dans cette protéine fluorescente, dans la séquence d'acides aminés de la protéine verte fluorescente (GFP) dérivée d'Aequorea victoria, ou d'un variant de protéine fluorescente de ladite protéine fluorescente verte, le résidu d'acide aminé (résidu d'alanine) correspondant à la position 206 avec pour séquence de référence la séquence d'acides aminés de GFP, est substitué par un résidu phénylalanine.

本発明の蛍光タンパク質は、オワンクラゲ由来の緑色蛍光タンパク質(GFP)又は当該緑色蛍光タンパク質の変異体蛍光タンパク質のアミノ酸配列において、GFPのアミノ酸配列を基準配列として206番目に相当するアミノ酸残基(アラニン残基)がフェニルアラニン残基に置換している。
