Provided is a production method for microballoons that: comprise polyurethane (urea) prepared using an interfacial polyaddition reaction method in a W/O emulsion; and have excellent dispersibility. Specifically, provided is a microballoon production method that is characterized by: forming a microballoon dispersion comprising polyurethane (urea), by using an interfacial polyaddition reaction method in a W/O emulsion; then treating same using a solution including a monofunctional active hydrogen compound containing only one active hydrogen group selected from amino groups and hydroxyl groups.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de microballonnets qui : comprennent du polyuréthane (urée) préparé à l'aide d'un procédé de réaction de polyaddition interfaciale dans une émulsion E/H ; et ont une excellente dispersibilité. Spécifiquement, l'invention concerne un procédé de production de microballonnet qui est caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à : former une dispersion de microballonnet comprenant du polyuréthane (urée), en utilisant un procédé de réaction de polyaddition interfaciale dans une émulsion E/H; puis traiter à l'aide d'une solution comprenant un composé d'hydrogène actif monofonctionnel contenant uniquement un groupe hydrogène actif choisi parmi des groupes amino et des groupes hydroxyles.

W/Oエマルションでの界面重付加反応法で作製されるポリウレタン(ウレア)からなり、分散性に優れたマイクロバルーンの製造方法を提供する。具体的には、W/Oエマルションでの界面重付加反応法よって、ポリウレタン(ウレア)からなるマイクロバルーン分散液を形成後、アミノ基、水酸基から選択される活性水素基を一つのみ含有する単官能活性水素化合物を含む溶液で処理することを特徴とするマイクロバルーンの製造方法を提供する。
