Provided is a store supporting system, a learning device, a store supporting method, a generation method of a learned model, and a program that facilitate appropriate support for operation of a target store. A store supporting system (10) comprises an estimation unit and an output unit. The estimation unit uses a learned model to input at least operation information and estimates a management index. The operation information relates to operation of a target store (20) which is a specific store (2). The management index relates to management of the target store (20). The learned model is generated by machine learning using data including the information about the operation of the store (2) and the index about the management of the store (2) as training data. The output unit obtains recommendation information on the basis of an estimation result by the estimation unit and outputs the recommendation information. The recommendation information relates to the operation of the target store (20) and can be recommended to the target store (20).

L'invention concerne un système de support de magasin, un dispositif d'apprentissage, un procédé de support de magasin, un procédé de génération d'un modèle appris et un programme qui facilitent le support approprié pour le fonctionnement d'un magasin cible. Un système de support de magasin (10) comprend une unité d'estimation et une unité de sortie. L'unité d'estimation utilise un modèle appris pour entrer au moins des informations de fonctionnement et estime un indice de gestion. Les informations de fonctionnement concernent le fonctionnement d'un magasin cible (20) qui est un magasin spécifique (2). L'indice de gestion concerne la gestion du magasin cible (20). Le modèle appris est généré par apprentissage automatique en utilisant des données comprenant les informations liées au fonctionnement du magasin (2) et l'indice concernant la gestion du magasin (2) comme données d'apprentissage. L'unité de sortie obtient des informations de recommandation sur la base d'un résultat d'estimation par l'unité d'estimation et délivre les informations de recommandation.
