A super-waterproof concrete pipe pile and a manufacturing process therefor, the pipe pile comprising: a concrete pile body (1) and several hourglass-shaped small holes (2) provided on the concrete pile body (1); the components of the concrete of the concrete pile body (1) are as follows: cement, silica fume, fly ash, sand, gravel, limestone powder, sepiolite fiber, titanium dioxide, a water reducing agent, a waterproofing agent and cetyltrimethoxysilane. Several hourglass-shaped holes are drilled in an existing pipe pile, which facilitates water entering the pipe pile from the hourglass-shaped small holes when there is water flow in the ground, which has the effect of drainage and prevents the accumulation of water flow from increasing the pressure on the pipe pile. Moreover, the small holes are hourglass-shaped with no gap in the middle, that is, there is a supporting force inside of the small holes, which may not only reduce the damage to the pipe pile at openings when water flow passes through the small holes, but also reduces the possibility of sand and mud entering the pipe pile. Meanwhile, a water reducing agent and a waterproofing agent are added to the concrete, which may effectively increase the prestress and waterproof capabilities of the concrete.

L'invention concerne un pieu tubulaire en béton super-étanche et son procédé de fabrication. Ledit pieu tubulaire comprend : un corps de pieu en béton (1) et plusieurs petits trous en forme de sablier (2) disposés sur le corps de pieu en béton (1) ; les composants du béton du corps de pieu en béton (1) sont les suivants : du ciment, de la fumée de silice, des cendres volantes, du sable, du gravier, de la poudre de calcaire, du fibre de sépiolite, du dioxyde de titane, du plastifiant réducteur d'eau, d'agent d'imperméabilisation et du cétyltriméthoxysilane. Plusieurs trous en forme de sablier sont percés dans un pieu tubulaire existant, ce qui facilite l'entrée d'eau dans le pieu tubulaire à travers ceux-ci lorsqu'il y a un flux d'eau dans le sol, ce qui présente un effet de drainage et évite une accumulation du flux d'eau pouvant augmenter la pression sur le pieu tubulaire. De plus, les petits trous sont en forme de sablier sans espace dans le milieu, c'est-à-dire, une force de support s'exerce à l'intérieur des petits trous, ce qui peut non seulement réduire l'endommagement du pieu tubulaire au niveau d'ouvertures lorsque l'écoulement d'eau passe à travers les petits trous, mais réduit également la possibilité d'entrée de sable et de boue dans le pieu tubulaire. En même temps, un plastifiant réducteur d'eau et un agent d'imperméabilisation sont ajoutés au béton, ce qui peut augmenter efficacement la précontrainte et les capacités étanches à l'eau du béton.

一种超防水能力混凝土管桩及其制作工艺,包括:混凝土桩体(1)和开设在所述混凝土桩体(1)上的若干个沙漏型小孔(2);所述混凝土桩体(1)中的混凝土的组分构成为:水泥、硅灰、粉煤灰、砂、石子、石灰石粉、海泡石纤维、二氧化钛、减水剂、防水剂和十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷。通过在现有的管桩上打有若干个沙漏型小孔,便于当土地中有水流时,水能从沙漏型小孔中进入管桩中,起到排水的作用,防止水流的堆积对管桩的压力增大,并且该小孔为沙漏型且中间无间隙,即在小孔的内部存在支撑力,既能减少水流在经过小孔时会对开孔处的管桩进行破坏,又能降低了砂泥进入管桩的可能性;同时,在混凝土中加入了减水剂和防水剂,能够有效地增加混凝土的预应力和防水能力。
