Abstract
(EN) The present application provides a cell measurement method and a communication apparatus. The method may comprise: a terminal device measuring a serving cell, the serving cell being a satellite cell; the terminal device determining whether the serving cell satisfies a preset condition, for example, compared with the last measurement result, whether the quality of the serving cell becomes better or remains unchanged, or becomes worse but the magnitude of the change is not large. In the case where the serving cell satisfies the preset condition, within a first length of time, the terminal device does not measure the serving cell or stops measuring the serving cell. The terminal device may measure the serving cell after the first length of time expires. Thus, unnecessary cell measurements can be reduced, facilitating saving the power of the terminal device.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de mesure de cellule et un appareil de communication. Le procédé peut comprendre : un dispositif terminal mesure une cellule de desserte, la cellule de desserte étant une cellule satellitaire ; le dispositif terminal détermine si la cellule de desserte satisfait à une condition prédéfinie, par exemple, par comparaison avec le dernier résultat de mesure, si la qualité de la cellule de desserte s'améliore ou reste inchangée, ou si elle empire mais que l'ampleur du changement n'est pas importante. Dans le cas où la cellule de desserte satisfait à la condition prédéfinie, dans un premier laps de temps, le dispositif terminal ne mesure pas la cellule de desserte ou cesse de mesurer la cellule de desserte. Le dispositif terminal peut mesurer la cellule de desserte après expiration du premier laps de temps. Ainsi, des mesures de cellules inutiles peuvent être réduites, ce qui favorise les économies d'énergie du dispositif terminal.
(ZH) 本申请提供了一种小区测量的方法与通信装置。该方法可以包括:终端设备测量服务小区,该服务小区为卫星小区;终端设备确定服务小区是否满足预设条件,如服务小区的质量与上一次测量结果相比,是否变好或者保持不变,或者虽然变差但变差的幅度不大。在服务小区满足预设条件的情况下,在第一时长内,终端设备不测量或者说停止测量服务小区。在第一时长到期后,终端设备可以测量服务小区。从而,可以减少不必要的小区测量,帮助终端设备省电。
