Abstract

A method of decoding is provided. The method includes receiving a bitstream comprising a coded picture and a supplemental enhancement information (SEI) message, wherein the SEI message includes coded picture buffer (CPB) parameters corresponding to decoding unit (DU)-based hypothetical reference decoder (HRD) operations on sublayers; and decoding the coded picture from the bitstream to obtain a decoded picture. A corresponding method of encoding is also provided.

L'invention concerne un procédé de décodage. Le procédé comprend la réception d'un train de bits comprenant une image codée et un message d'information d'amélioration supplémentaire (SEI), le message SEI comprenant des paramètres de tampon d'image codée (CPB) correspondant à des opérations de décodeur de référence hypothétique (HRD) basé sur une unité de décodage (DU), sur des sous-couches ; et le décodage de l'image codée à partir du train de bits pour obtenir une image décodée. L'invention concerne également un procédé de codage correspondant.
