Abstract

The present application relates to a raw-material concentrate with enhanced flavor and a novel preparation method therefor. According to the preparation method of the present application, it is possible to provide a raw-material concentrate that has a high extraction yield of active ingredients extracted from raw materials and is economical, and has good flavor as well as less nutrition destruction, and thus has excellent productivity. This raw-material concentrate can be utilized as a food material.

La présente demande concerne un concentré de matières premières au goût renforcé et un nouveau procédé de préparation de ce concentré. Le procédé de préparation de la présente demande permet d'obtenir un concentré de matières premières qui présente un rendement d'extraction élevé d'ingrédients actifs extraits des matières premières et est économique, tout en ayant un bon goût et une perte limitée de qualité nutritionnelle, de sorte qu'il présente une excellente productivité. Ce concentré de matières premières peut être utilisé comme produit alimentaire.

본 출원은 풍미가 강화된 원물 농축액 및 이의 새로운 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 출원의 제조방법에 의하면 원물에서 유효성분들을 추출하는 추출 수율이 높으면서도 경제적이고, 영양 파괴가 적을 뿐만 아니라 풍미도 좋아서 상품성이 우수한 원물 농축액이 제공될 수 있고, 이러한 원물 농축액을 식품의 소재로 활용할 수 있다.
