The present invention relates to a polyamide resin composition and a molded product manufactured therefrom, and, more specifically, to: a polyamide resin composition having excellent mechanical strength, impact resistance and long-term thermal stability, and being applicable to a component requiring high strength; and a molded product manufactured therefrom. The polyamide resin composition comprises: (a) a polyamide resin in which an aliphatic polyamide resin and an aromatic polyamide resin are blended in a weight ratio of 3:1-5:1; (b) a coupling agent having both an amine functional group and a silane functional group; (c) a heat stabilizer; and (d) a long-fiber reinforcement. The polyamide resin composition according to the present invention has excellent mechanical properties and long-term heat resistance, thereby having high strength and being capable of preventing deformation, and thus a molded product having improved long-term reliability can be provided.

La présente invention concerne une composition de résine polyamide et un produit moulé fabriqué à partir de celle-ci, et plus particulièrement : une composition de résine polyamide ayant d’excellentes caractéristiques de résistance mécanique, de résistance aux chocs de stabilité thermique à long terme, et pouvant être appliquée à un élément nécessitant une résistance élevée ; et un produit moulé fabriqué à partir de celle-ci. La composition de résine polyamide comprend : (a) une résine polyamide dans laquelle une résine polyamide aliphatique et une résine polyamide aromatique sont mélangées selon un rapport pondéral de 3:1 à 5:1 ; (b) un agent de couplage comportant à la fois un groupe fonctionnel amine et un groupe fonctionnel silane ; (c) un stabilisant thermique ; et (d) un renfort à fibres longues. La composition de résine polyamide selon la présente invention présente d'excellentes caractéristiques de propriétés mécaniques et de résistance thermique à long terme, ce qui lui permet d'avoir une résistance élevée et de pouvoir empêcher la déformation, et il est donc possible d'obtenir un produit moulé présentant une fiabilité à long terme améliorée.

본 발명은 폴리아미드 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 제조되는 성형품에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 기계적 강도, 내충격성 및 장기 열안정성이 우수하고, 고강도를 요구하는 부품에 적용이 가능한 폴리아미드 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 제조되는 성형품에 관한 것이다. 상기 폴리아미드 수지 조성물은 (a) 지방족 폴리아미드 수지 및 방향족 폴리아미드 수지가 3:1 내지 5:1의 중량비로 혼합된 폴리아미드 수지; (b) 아민 관능기와 실란 관능기를 동시에 갖는 커플링제; (c) 열 안정제; 및 (d) 장섬유 강화재를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 폴리아미드 수지 조성물은 기계적 물성, 장기 내열성이 우수하여, 고강성, 변형을 방지할 수 있어 장기간 신뢰성이 향상되는 성형품을 제공할 수 있다.
