The present invention relates to a system for improving clock accuracy by inputting an observed error and, more specifically, to a system for improving clock accuracy by inputting an observed error, which enables an observed error to be input by means of a simple process and can improve clock accuracy by finely varying the frequency of a crystal oscillator fixed clock according to the observed error or can improve the clock accuracy by further adding or subtracting an additional clock in a counting process for making one second.

La présente invention concerne un système pour améliorer une précision d'horloge par l'entrée d'une erreur observée et, plus précisément, un système permettant d'améliorer une précision d'horloge par l'entrée d'une erreur observée qui permet l'entrée d'une erreur observée au moyen d'un processus simple et peut améliorer une précision d'horloge en faisant varier finement la fréquence d'une horloge fixe à oscillateur à quartz en fonction de l'erreur observée ou peut améliorer la précision d'horloge par ajout ou soustraction supplémentaire d'une horloge supplémentaire dans un processus de comptage pour arriver à une seconde.

본 발명은 관측오차 입력에 의한 시계 정확도 향상 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 간단한 구성으로 관측 오차를 입력할 수 있도록 하고, 관측 오차에 따라 수정 발진자 고정 클럭의 주파수를 미세하게 가변하는 방식으로 시계 정확도를 향상시키거나, 1초를 만드는 카운팅 과정에서 추가 클럭을 더 합하거나 감하여 시계 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 관측오차 입력에 의한 시계 정확도 향상 시스템에 관한 것이다.
