The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a non-ferrous metal powder of one type selected from the group consisting of nickel oxide, zirconium oxide, molybdenum oxide, and chromium oxide, wherein the non-ferrous metal powder is excellent in properties and characteristics, especially, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance, under extreme conditions. The present invention comprises the steps of: partially reducing calcium oxide and one non-ferrous metal oxide species selected from the group consisting of nickel oxide, zirconium oxide, molybdenum oxide, and chrome oxide, separately; mixing the partially reduced calcium oxide and non-ferrous metal oxide to prepare a first mixture; mixing the first mixture and calcium hydride to prepare a second mixture; and completely reducing the second mixture to prepare a non-ferrous metal.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une poudre métallique non ferreuse d'un type choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'oxyde de nickel, l'oxyde de zirconium, l'oxyde de molybdène et l'oxyde de chrome, la poudre métallique non ferreuse présentant d'excellentes propriétés et caractéristiques, en particulier de résistance à la corrosion, de résistance à la chaleur et de résistance à l'abrasion, dans des conditions extrêmes. La présente invention comprend les étapes consistant : à réduire partiellement, et séparément, de l'oxyde de calcium et une espèce d'oxyde métallique non ferreux choisie dans le groupe constitué par l'oxyde de nickel, l'oxyde de zirconium, l'oxyde de molybdène et l'oxyde de chrome ; à mélanger l'oxyde de calcium et l'oxyde métallique non ferreux partiellement réduits pour préparer un premier mélange ; à mélanger le premier mélange et de l'hydrure de calcium pour préparer un second mélange ; et à réduire complètement le second mélange pour préparer un métal non ferreux.

본 발명은 극한 조건 하에서의 물성과 특성이 우수하고, 특히 내식성, 내열성 및 내마모성이 우수한 니켈산화물, 지르코늄산화물, 몰리브덴산화물 및 크롬산화물 으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종의 비철금속 분말의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 칼슘산화물과, 니켈산화물, 지르코늄산화물, 몰리브덴산화물 및 크롬산화물 로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종의 비철금속 산화물 각각을 부분적으로 환원시키는 단계; 상기 부분적으로 환원된 칼슘산화물과 비철금속 산화물을 혼합하여 제1 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 제1 혼합물과 칼슘 하이드라이드를 혼합하여 제2 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 제2 혼합물을 완전히 환원시켜 비철금속을 제조하는 단계를 포함한다.
