The present invention comprises: an injection molding step for injection molding a preform (10) of a two-layer structure, said preform (10) having an outer preform (60) and an inner preform (80); and a blow molding step for molding a resin delamination container by blow molding the preform (10). The injection molding step comprises: an outer layer molding step wherein the outer preform (60) is molded by filling an outer layer injection mold (50) with a PET (a resin material for outer layers), while molding a thin film part (61) in a part of the outer preform (60); and an inner layer molding step wherein the thin film part (61) is ruptured by injecting a PP (a resin material for inner layers) toward the thin film part (61), and the inner preform (80) is molded by filling an inner layer injection mold (70) with the PP, which is at a temperature lower than the melting point of the PET, through the ruptured thin film part (61).

La présente invention comprend : une étape de moulage par injection permettant de mouler par injection une préforme (10) d'une structure à deux couches, ladite préforme (10) comportant une préforme externe (60) et une préforme interne (80) ; et une étape de moulage par soufflage permettant de mouler un récipient de délaminage de résine par moulage par soufflage de la préforme (10). L'étape de moulage par injection comprend : une étape de moulage de couche externe, la préforme externe (60) étant moulée par remplissage d'un moule d'injection de couche externe (50) avec un PET (un matériau de résine pour couches externes), tout en moulant une partie film mince (61) dans une partie de la préforme externe (60) ; et une étape de moulage de couche interne, la partie film mince (61) est rompue par injection d'un PP (un matériau de résine pour couches internes) vers la partie film mince (61), et la préforme interne (80) étant moulée par remplissage d'un moule d'injection de couche interne (70) avec le PP, qui est à une température inférieure au point de fusion du PET, à travers la partie film mince (61) rompue.
