Provided are a grease composition that achieves both low-torque performance and grease leakage resistance, and a rolling bearing in which the grease composition is sealed. A grease composition containing an ester base oil and a thickener, the thickener being formed from a diurea represented by formula (1): R1-NHCONH-C6H4-CH2-C6H4-NHCONH-R2 (in the formula, R1 and R2 each independently are any of (A) an alicyclic group A represented by R3-C6H10- (R3 is hydrogen, a 2-methyl group, a 3-methyl group, or a 4-methyl group), (B) an alkyl group B represented by n-CmH2m+1 (m represents an integer from 6 to 10), and (C) an alkyl group C represented by n-CmH2m+1 (m represents an integer from 16 to 20), and are configured so that the alicyclic group A is 5-35 mol% and the total of the alicyclic group A and alkyl group B is 55-95 mol%, relative to the sum of R1 and R2, with the alkyl group C forming the remainder).

L'invention concerne une composition de graisse qui permet d'obtenir à la fois des performances de faible couple et une résistance aux fuites de graisse, et un palier à roulement dans lequel la composition de graisse est scellée. Une composition de graisse contenant une huile de base ester et un épaississant, l'épaississant étant formé à partir d'une diurée représentée par la formule (1) : R1-NHCONH-C6H4-CH2-C6H4-NHCONH-R2 (dans la formule, R1 et R2 représentent chacun indépendamment l'un quelconque parmi (A) un groupe alicyclique A représenté par R3-C6H10- (R3 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe 2-méthyle, un groupe 3-méthyle ou un groupe 4-méthyle), (B) un groupe alkyle B représenté par n-CmH2m+1 (m représente un nombre entier de 6 à 10), et (C) un groupe alkyle C représenté par n-CmH2m+1 (m représente un nombre entier de 16 à 20), et sont conçus de sorte que le groupe alicyclique A représente de 5 à 35 % en moles et le total du groupe alicyclique A et du groupe alkyle B représente de 55 à 95 % en moles, par rapport à la somme de R1 et R2, le groupe alkyle C formant le complément).
