[Problem] To provide a modified polyolefin resin composition that has a high content of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof, is capable of suppressing a rise in fluidity after graft modification with little influence of reaction residues, and has excellent mechanical properties such as bending strength and impact resistance of a molded article when used as a compatibilizing agent of a fiber-reinforced plastic. [Solution] A resin composition containing a reaction product obtained by reacting a propylene polymer (A), a diene elastomer (B), and an unsaturated carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof (C), wherein the content of the unsaturated carboxylic acid or anhydride thereof (C) of the resin composition is 2.0 mass% or higher, the melt mass flow rate of the resin composition measured at a 190°C/2.16 kg as stipulated in JIS K-7210 is 2-500 g/10 min inclusive, and the reaction residue derived from the unsaturated carboxylic acid or anhydride thereof (C) in the resin composition is less than 2.0 mass%.

L'invention fournit une composition de résine de polyoléfine modifiée qui présente une teneur élevée en acide carboxylique insaturé ou en anhydride de celui-ci, qui réduit l'influence de résidus de réaction et permet d'inhiber une élévation de la fluidité après modification par greffage, et qui est dotée d'excellentes propriétés mécaniques telle que la résistance à la flexion, la résistance aux chocs, ou similaire, d'un article moulé, dans le cas d'une mise en œuvre en tant qu'agent de compatibilité d'un plastique renforcé par des fibres. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une composition de résine qui comprend un produit de réaction obtenu par réaction d'un polymère à base de propylène (A), d'un élastomère à base de diène (B) et de l'acide carboxylique insaturé (C) ou de l'anhydride de celui-ci. La teneur en acide carboxylique insaturé (C) ou en anhydride de celui-ci dans la composition de résine, est supérieure ou égale à 2,0% en masse. Le débit massique à l'état fondu de la composition de résine mesuré à 190℃/2,16kg conformément à JIS K 7210, est supérieur ou égal à 2g/10 minutes et inférieur ou égal à 500g/10 minutes. Les résidus de réaction dérivés de l'acide carboxylique insaturé (C) ou de l'anhydride de celui-ci dans la composition de résine, sont inférieurs ou égaux à 2,0% en masse.

【課題】不飽和カルボン酸またはその無水物の含有量が高く、かつ反応残渣物の影響が少なくグラフト変性後の流動性の上昇を抑制でき、かつ強化繊維プラスチックの相溶化剤として用いた際、成形品の曲げ強度や耐衝撃性などの機械物性に優れた変性ポリオレフィン樹脂組成物を提供すること 【解決手段】 プロピレン系重合体(A)、ジエン系エラストマー(B)および、不飽和カルボン酸またはその無水物(C)を反応させてなる反応生成物を含有する樹脂組成物であって、樹脂組成物の不飽和カルボン酸またはその無水物(C)の含有量が2.0質量%以上であり、かつJIS K 7210で規定する190℃/2.16kgにおいて測定される樹脂組成物のメルトマスフローレイトが2g/10min以上500g/10min以下であり、樹脂組成物中の不飽和カルボン酸またはその無水物(C)由来の反応残渣が2.0質量%未満である樹脂組成物。
