This regional energy management device calculates the power interchange between consumers, on the basis of: storage battery level distribution indicating the relationship between storage battery levels and the position of storage batteries in a region at each time; excess or shortages of power for each consumer at each time, if a consumer has implemented a power supply equipment operation plan for fulfilling a consumer target index for that consumer; and an overall regional target index.

Dispositif de gestion d'énergie régionale calculant l'échange de puissance entre des consommateurs sur la base des éléments suivants : une distribution de niveau de batterie de stockage indiquant la relation entre les niveaux de batterie de stockage et la position de batteries de stockage dans une région à chaque instant; l'excès ou la pénurie de puissance pour chaque consommateur à chaque instant, si un consommateur a mis en œuvre un plan de fonctionnement d'équipement d'alimentation pour satisfaire un indice cible de consommateur pour ce consommateur; et un indice de cible régionale global.

本発明の一態様の地域エネルギー管理装置は、地域内に存在する蓄電池の時刻ごとの位置と蓄電池残量との関係を表す蓄電池残量分布と、各需要家が当該需要家ごとの目標指標を満足するための電源設備の運転計画を実施した場合における、各需要家の時刻ごとの過不足電力と、地域全体の目標指標とに基づき、需要家間の電力融通量を計算する。
