Beschrieben wird ein katalytischer Reaktor für großtechnische Hydrierprozesse. Der katalytische Reaktor enthält ein katalytisches Festbett, das eine Trägerstruktur und einen Katalysator umfasst. Das Festbett ist im Reaktionsbetrieb des katalytischen Reaktors zu mindestens 85 Vol.-% mit Reaktionsmedium gefüllt. Zugleich wird eine sehr hohe Kontaktfläche des Katalysators mit dem Reaktionsmedium bereitgestellt. Die Trägerstruktur wird aus Materialstegen gebildet, die eine Dicke von 5 bis 25 µm aufweisen, wobei eine Vernetzungsdichte von mindestens 3 mm-3 vorliegt. Die Trägerstruktur besteht aus Metallen, die ausgewählt sind aus den Elementen der 8., der 6. und der 1. Nebengruppe des Periodensystems der Elemente und Mischungen davon.

Described is a catalytic reactor for industrial-scale hydrogenation processes. The catalytic reactor contains a catalytic fixed bed comprising a support structure and a catalyst. The fixed bed is filled to at least 85 % by volume with reaction medium in the reaction operation of the catalytic reactor. At the same time, a very large contact surface between the catalyst and the reaction medium is provided. The support structure is formed by material webs having a thickness of 5 to 25 µm, and there is a cross-link density of at least 3 mm-3. The support structure consists of metals selected from the elements of the 8th, 6th and 1st sub-groups of the periodic system of the elements, and mixtures thereof.

Un réacteur catalytique pour des procédés d'hydrogénation à l'échelle industrielle est décrit. Le réacteur catalytique contient un lit fixe catalytique comprenant une structure de support et un catalyseur. Le lit fixe est rempli à au moins 85 % en volume avec un milieu réactionnel dans le fonctionnement de réaction du réacteur catalytique. En même temps, il est prévu une très importante surface de contact entre le catalyseur et le milieu réactionnel. La structure de support est formée par des bandes de matériau présentant une épaisseur de 5 à 25 µm, et il existe une densité de réticulation d'au moins 3 mm-3. La structure de support est constituée de métaux choisis parmi les éléments des 8 ème, 6 ème et 1er sous-groupes du système périodique des éléments, et des mélanges de ceux-ci.
