Es wird eine Komponente mit einem zu kühlenden Bereich (B) angegeben, wobei die Komponente einen Kühlkanal (K) aufweist, welcher angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, den Bereich (B) der Komponente im Betrieb mittels einer Fluidströmung (F) zu kühlen, wobei der Kühlkanal (K) - dem Bereich (B) zugewandt - durch eine erste Kanalseite (1), und - dem Bereich abgewandt - durch eine zweite Kanalseite (2) definiert ist, und wobei die erste Kanalseite (1) eine größere Kontaktfläche mit dem Kühlkanal (K) bildet, als die zweite Kanalseite (2). Weiterhin werden ein Verfahren zur Vorbereitung eines additiven Herstellungsprozesses der Komponente, ein Verfahren zur additiven Herstellung und eine Verwendung von Herstellungsartefakten zur Ausbildung einer bevorzugten Oberflächenbeschaffenheit, sowie ein Computerprogrammprodukt angegeben.

The invention relates to a component with a region (B) to be cooled. The component has a cooling channel (K) which is arranged and designed so as to cool the region (B) of the component during operation by means of a fluid flow (F), wherein the cooling channel (K) is defined by a first channel side (1) facing the region (B) and by a second channel side (2) facing away from the region, and the first channel side (1) forms a larger contact surface for the cooling channel (K) than the second channel side (2). The invention additionally relates to a method for preparing an additive manufacture process of the component, to a method for the additive manufacture, to the use of manufacture artifacts in order to form a preferred surface quality, and to a computer program product.

L'invention concerne un composant doté d'une région (B) à refroidir. Le composant comporte un canal de refroidissement (K) qui est disposé et conçu de manière à refroidir la région (B) du composant au cours du fonctionnement au moyen d'un écoulement de fluide (F), le canal de refroidissement (K) étant délimité par un premier côté (1) de canal faisant face à la région (B) et par un second côté (2) de canal opposé à la région, et le premier côté (1) de canal forme une surface de contact pour le canal de refroidissement (K) supérieure à celle du second côté (2) de canal. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation d'un traitement de fabrication additive du composant, un procédé pour la fabrication additive, l'utilisation d'artefacts de fabrication pour former une qualité de surface préférée, et un produit-programme informatique.
