Disclosed is a new demulsifier. The preparation method therefor involves dissolving a fatty alcohol polyether in a solvent to formulate a fatty alcohol polyether solution with a certain concentration; adding an organic catalyst and an olefin acid to the fatty alcohol polyether solution to carry out an esterification reaction for a certain amount of time at a certain temperature and rotating speed; after the completion of the esterification reaction, adding an initiator to carry out a polymerization reaction for a certain amount of time at a certain temperature and rotating speed; after the completion of the polymerization reaction, evaporating the solvent in the reaction vessel with a rotary evaporator until dry, and then placing same in a vacuum drying oven and drying same for a certain amount of time to obtain the new demulsifier. The demulsifier of the present invention has the characteristics of a fast demulsification speed and a high efficiency, and the preparation method therefor is simple and low in cost.

La présente invention concerne un nouveau désémulsifiant. Son procédé de préparation implique la dissolution d’un polyéther d’alcool gras dans un solvant pour formuler une solution de polyéther d’alcool gras avec une certaine concentration ; l’addition d’un catalyseur organique et d’un acide d’oléfine à la solution de polyéther d’alcool gras pour effectuer une réaction d’estérification sur une certaine durée à de certaines température et vitesse de rotation ; après l’achèvement de la réaction d’estérification, l’addition d’un initiateur pour conduire une réaction de polymérisation sur une certaine durée à de certaines température et vitesse de rotation ; après l’achèvement de la réaction de polymérisation, l’évaporation du solvant dans le récipient réactionnel avec un évaporateur rotatif jusqu’à ce qu’il soit sec, et ensuite sa mise en place dans une étuve de séchage sous vide et son séchage sur une certaine durée pour obtenir le nouveau désémulsifiant. Le désémulsifiant de la présente invention présente les caractéristiques d’une vitesse de désémulsification rapide et d’une efficacité élevée, et son procédé de préparation est simple et bon marché.

本发明涉及一种新型破乳剂,制备方法是将脂肪醇聚醚溶于溶剂中,配制成一定浓度的脂肪醇聚醚溶液;将有机催化剂和烯烃酸加入到脂肪醇聚醚溶液中,于一定温度及转速下,进行一定时间的酯化反应;待酯化反应完成后,于一定温度及转速下,加入引发剂进行一定时间的聚合反应;待聚合反应完成后,用旋转蒸发仪将反应容器中的溶剂蒸干后置于真空干燥箱中干燥一定时间得到新型破乳剂。本发明破乳剂具有破乳速度快、效率高的特点,并且制备方法简单,成本低。
