An activated carbon fiber and preparation method therefor. The activated carbon fiber has an ash content of 0.8-3 wt%, a specific surface area of 1000 m2/g-2200 m2/g, a total pore volume of 0.4120-0.8370 cc/g, a 1-2 nm pore volume ratio of 28%-75%, and a 200 mg/m3 xylene adsorption capacity of 20%-45%. The preparation method for the activated carbon fiber comprises: impregnating raw materials using a phosphoric acid aqueous solution, drying, carbonizing, cooling, washing and drying to obtain the activated carbon fiber. The phosphoric acid aqueous solution has a mass fraction of 5%-13%. According to the activated carbon fiber and the preparation method therefor, phosphoric acid can be repeatedly permeated into the interior of the fiber without sticking, the production process is continuously carried out, the production efficiency is high, production costs are low, and the obtained activated carbon fiber has excellent performance.

L’invention concerne une fibre de charbon actif et son procédé de préparation. La fibre de charbon actif a une teneur en cendres comprise entre 0,8 et 3 % en poids, une aire de surface spécifique comprise entre 1000 m2/g et 2200 m2/g, un volume de pores total compris entre 0,4120 et 0,8370 cc/g, un ratio volumique de pores de 1 à 2 nm compris entre 28 % et 75 %, et une capacité d’adsorption de xylène de 200 mg/m3 comprise entre 20 % et 45 %. Le procédé de préparation de la fibre de charbon actif consiste : à imprégner des matières premières au moyen d’une solution aqueuse d’acide phosphorique, à sécher, à carboniser, à refroidir, à laver et à sécher pour obtenir la fibre de charbon actif. La solution aqueuse d’acide phosphorique a une fraction massique comprise entre 5 % et 13 %. Selon la fibre de charbon actif et son procédé de préparation, l’acide phosphorique peut pénétrer à plusieurs reprises à l’intérieur de la fibre sans coller, le processus de production est mis en œuvre en continu, le rendement de production est élevé, les coûts de production sont faibles, et la fibre de charbon actif obtenue a une excellente performance.

一种活性炭纤维及其制备方法。所述活性炭纤维的灰分含量为0.8wt%-3wt%,比表面积为1000m 2/g-2200m 2/g,总孔容为0.4120cc/g-0.8370cc/g,1-2nm孔容占比为28%-75%,200mg/m 3二甲苯吸附容量为20%-45%。活性炭纤维的制备方法:使用磷酸水溶液浸渍原料,干燥后进行炭化,冷却、水洗、干燥得到所述活性炭纤维;所述磷酸水溶液的质量分数为5%-13%。上述活性炭纤维及其制备方法,磷酸可以重复渗透到纤维的内部,不会出现粘并现象,生产工艺连续进行,生产效率高,生产成本低,所得活性炭纤维性能优异。
