A light-transmitting display panel (100) and a manufacturing method therefor, a display panel (200) and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The light-transmitting display panel (100) comprises: a substrate (110, 210), and a light-emitting element layer (130, 230) located on the substrate (110, 210). The light-emitting element layer (130, 230) comprises a first electrode (131, 231), a first light-emitting structure (132, 232) located on the first electrode (131, 231), and a second electrode assembly (133, 233) located on the first light-transmitting structure (132, 232), wherein the second electrode assembly (133, 233) comprises: a second electrode (1331, 2331) located on the first light-transmitting structure (132, 232), the second electrode (1331, 2331) having a plurality of openings (OP1); and a light-transmitting block (1332, 2332) located in the opening (OP1), the material of the light-transmitting block (1332, 2332) being repellent to the material of the second electrode (1331, 2331).
