Disclosed are a propylene copolymer, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The copolymer forms a cross-linked network by means of a reaction between a furan-containing propylene copolymer and a small molecule of a coupling agent, thereby achieving a chemical bond connection between a polypropylene resin phase and an ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer phase, fundamentally strengthening the force between the two phases, and improving the mechanical properties of a material. Meanwhile, the copolymer can achieve the decrosslinking of a material during melt processing such that the material has thermoplasticity, and after cooling, same can be crosslinked again to produce a network structure.

La présente invention concerne un composé de propylène, son procédé de préparation et son application. Le copolymère forme un réseau réticulé au moyen d'une réaction entre un copolymère de propylène contenant du furane et une petite molécule d'un agent de couplage, ce qui permet d'obtenir un lien par liaison chimique entre une phase résine de polypropylène et une phase élastomère de copolymère d'éthylène-propylène, renforçant fondamentalement la force entre les deux phases, et améliorant les propriétés mécaniques d'un matériau. Par ailleurs, le copolymère peut réaliser la déréticulation d'un matériau pendant le traitement par fusion de sorte que le matériau présente une thermoplasticité, et après refroidissement, il peut être à nouveau réticulé pour produire une structure en réseau.

本发明公开了一种丙烯共聚物及其制备方法与应用,该共聚物由含呋喃的丙烯共聚物与偶联剂小分子之间反应形成交联网络,从而在聚丙烯树脂相和乙丙共聚物弹性体相之间实现化学键连接,从根本上增强两相之间的作用力,提高材料力学性能。同时该共聚物熔融加工时可实现材料的解交联,使材料具有热塑性;其降温后可以再次交联产生网络结构。
