Disclosed is a high-speed resin coating 3D printing system. The 3D printing system comprises an exposure optical system (1), a film (5), a laser displacement meter (3), a rotating knife (4), a bubble scraper (8), a resin tank (6), and a sample holder (7). The sample holder (7) is connected to an ascending and descending device. The sample holder (7) is disposed in the resin tank (6), and the film (5) is covered on a resin in the resin tank (6). The resin tank (6) is mounted on a three-dimensional motion control shaft. The exposure optical system (1) is disposed above the resin tank (6). A projection lens of the exposure optical system (1) is pointed toward the film (5), and the projection lens is sleeved with an electromagnetic coil (2). The laser displacement meter (3) is disposed at a side of the projection lens. The rotating knife (4) is disposed above the film (5), and the bubble scraper (8) is disposed beneath the film (5). The solution of the present invention enables processing at a high speed and in a large area, and provides a magnetic field for controlling a magnetization direction of a magnetic resin during the printing process. The present invention can increase the speed of existing resin-based 3D printing, and permits the use of a solid-liquid mixed resin having a high viscosity or a high content.

Est divulgué un système d'impression 3D à revêtement en résine à grande vitesse. Le système d'impression 3D comprend un système optique d'exposition (1), un film (5), un dispositif de mesure de déplacement laser (3), un couteau rotatif (4), un racleur de bulle (8), un réservoir de résine (6), et un porte-échantillon (7). Le porte-échantillon (7) est relié à un dispositif ascendant et descendant. Le porte-échantillon (7) est disposé dans le réservoir de résine (6), et le film (5) est recouvert d'une résine dans le réservoir de résine (6). Le réservoir de résine (6) est monté sur un arbre de commande de mouvement tridimensionnel. Le système optique d'exposition (1) est disposé au-dessus du réservoir de résine (6). Une lentille de projection du système optique d'exposition (1) est dirigée vers le film (5), et la lentille de projection est emmanchée avec une bobine électromagnétique (2). Le dispositif de mesure de déplacement laser (3) est disposé sur un côté de la lentille de projection. Le couteau rotatif (4) est disposé au-dessus du film (5), et le racleur de bulle (8) est disposé en dessous du film (5). La solution de la présente invention permet un traitement à grande vitesse et dans une grande zone, et fournit un champ magnétique pour commander une direction de magnétisation d'une résine magnétique pendant le processus d'impression. La présente invention peut augmenter la vitesse d'impression 3D à base de résine existante, et permet l'utilisation d'une résine mixte solide-liquide ayant une viscosité élevée ou une teneur élevée.
