Abstract

A bearing block unit for a railway vehicle. A concavo-convex structure for expanding the heat dissipation area is formed in at least part of the outer peripheral surface of the bearing block unit. As such, the concavo-convex structure is capable of improving the heat dissipation capacity of the entire bearing block unit, thereby efficiently conducting heat in a bearing block (1) to the external space, and suppressing the degree of temperature rise of a bearing (2) by means of the heat dissipation of the bearing block (1). Therefore, the bearing block unit for a railway vehicle improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the entire bearing block by using a low-cost and simple structure, and inhibits the temperature of the bearing (2) from rising too fast and too high.

Unité de bloc de palier pour véhicule ferroviaire. Une structure concavo-convexe pour étendre la zone de dissipation de chaleur est formée dans au moins une partie de la surface périphérique externe de l'unité de bloc de palier. Ainsi, la structure concavo-convexe est capable d'améliorer la capacité de dissipation de chaleur de la totalité de l'unité de bloc de palier, ce qui permet de conduire efficacement la chaleur dans un bloc de palier (1) vers l'espace externe, et de supprimer le degré d'élévation de température d'un palier (2) au moyen de la dissipation de chaleur du bloc de palier (1). Par conséquent, l'unité de bloc de palier pour véhicule ferroviaire améliore l'efficacité de dissipation de chaleur de l'ensemble du bloc de palier en utilisant une structure simple et à faible coût, et empêche la température du palier (2) de s'élever trop rapidement et de façon trop importante.
