Abstract
(EN)
A computer system that predicts synergistic interactions between pesticidal and synergistic compounds of a pesticidal composition is described. The system provides a trained classifier that provides probabilistic predictions of the synergy between two or more compounds on a pest. The system may select features for transformation, encode them, generate one or more predictions, and combine the predictions. The predictions may be evaluated by experimental testing, e.g. in vitro or in planta, and/or used to formulate and/or apply a pesticidal composition.

L'invention concerne un système informatique qui prédit des interactions synergiques entre des composés pesticides et synergiques d'une composition pesticide. Le système fournit un classificateur formé qui fournit des prédictions probabilistes de la synergie entre deux composés ou plus sur un organisme nuisible. Le système peut sélectionner des caractéristiques pour la transformation, les coder, générer une ou plusieurs prédictions, et combiner les prédictions. Les prédictions peuvent être évaluées par test expérimental, par exemple in vitro ou in planta, et/ou utilisées pour formuler et/ou appliquer une composition pesticide.
