An optimal transfer hospital determining method and server are provided. Provided is the optimal transfer hospital determining method comprising the steps of: determining candidate hospitals; acquiring status information about an emergency patient; determining the severity of the patient on the basis of the acquired status information; calculating emergency event possibility information on the basis of the acquired status information; acquiring transport resources availability information about the determined candidate hospitals; calculating the fitness of each candidate hospital on the basis of the determined severity of the patient, the acquired emergency event possibility information and the transport resources availability information; and determining the optimal transfer hospital on the basis of the calculated fitness of each candidate hospital.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un serveur de détermination d'hôpital de transfert optimal. L'invention concerne le procédé de détermination d'hôpital de transfert optimal comprenant les étapes consistant à : déterminer des hôpitaux candidats ; acquérir des informations d'état concernant un patient en urgence ; déterminer la gravité de l'état du patient sur la base des informations d'état acquises ; calculer des informations de possibilité d'événement d'urgence sur la base des informations d'état acquises ; acquérir des informations de disponibilité de ressources de transport concernant les hôpitaux candidats déterminés ; calculer l'adéquation de chaque hôpital candidat sur la base de la gravité de l'état du patient déterminée, des informations de possibilité d'événement d'urgence acquises et des informations de disponibilité de ressources de transport ; et déterminer l'hôpital de transfert optimal sur la base de l'adéquation calculée de chaque hôpital candidat.
