The present invention provides an aerogel blanket comprising: a blanket substrate; aerogel bonded to the surface of the blanket substrate; and aerogel positioned in a space within the blanket substrate, wherein the aerogel bonded to the surface of the blanket substrate accounts for 50 wt% or more with respect to the total aerogel weight, and the number of aerogel particles that are separated from the aerogel blanket upon vibrating same for 2 to 10 hours at a vibrational frequency of 1 to 30 Hz satisfies 13,600 to 90,000 particles/ft3.

La présente invention concerne une couche d'aérogel comprenant : un substrat de couche ; un aérogel lié à la surface du substrat de couche ; et un aérogel positionné dans un espace à l'intérieur du substrat de couche, l'aérogel lié à la surface du substrat de couche représentant au moins 50 % en poids par rapport au poids total d'aérogel, et le nombre de particules d'aérogel qui sont séparées de la couche d'aérogel lorsque celle-ci est soumise à des vibrations pendant 2 à 10 heures à une fréquence de vibration de 1 à 30 Hz correspondant à 13 600 à 90 000 particules/ft3.

본 발명은 블랭킷용 기재 및 블랭킷용 기재 표면에 결합된 에어로겔 및 블랭킷용 기재 사이의 공간에 위치하는 에어로겔을 포함하고, 상기 블랭킷용 기재 표면에 결합된 에어로겔이 에어로겔 총 중량을 기준으로 50 중량% 이상이며, 1 내지 30 Hz의 진동수로 2 내지 10시간 진동시켰을 때 에어로겔 블랭킷으로부터 탈락하는 에어로겔 입자의 수가 13,600 내지 90,000 개/ft3를 만족하는 에어로겔 블랭킷을 제공한다.
