Provided are a flash butt welding member and a flash butt welding method for providing a wheel rim weld part with excellent formability. The flash butt welding member of the present invention satisfies that a weld part has a hardness of 220-270 Hv, and d<0.25T, when d is the closest distance between fine-grained heat affected zones (HAZ) formed at the left and right of the weld part while facing each other and T is the thickness of a weld base metal, and satisfies L/T>2, when the total length of an upset part constituting the weld part is L.

La présente invention concerne un élément de soudage en bout par étincelage et un procédé de soudage en bout par étincelage pour la fourniture d'une pièce de soudure de jante de roue dotée d'une excellente aptitude au formage. L'élément de soudage en bout par étincelage selon la présente invention remplit une condition selon laquelle une pièce de soudure présente une dureté de 220 - 270 Hv, et d < 0,25 T, lorsque d est la distance la plus proche entre des zones affectées par la chaleur à grains fins (HAZ) formées au niveau de la gauche et de la droite de la pièce de soudure tout en se faisant face et T est l'épaisseur d'un métal de base de soudure, et satisfait la relation L / T > 2, lorsque la longueur totale d'une partie de perturbation constituant la pièce de soudure est L.

휠림 용접부 성형성이 우수한 플래시벗 용접부재 및 플래시벗 용접방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 플래시벗 용접부재는, 용접부의 경도가 220~270Hv이며, 용접부의 좌우에 마주보며 형성된 미세 결정립 HAZ부(fine-grained HAZ) 간의 최근접 거리를 d라 하고, 용접 모재의 두께를 T라 할 때, d <0.25T 를 만족하고, 그리고 용접부를 이루는 업셋부의 전체 길이를 L이라 할 때, L/T >2 를 만족한다.
