The present invention provides a photosensitive coloring composition which exhibits excellent electrical reliability after irradiation with ultraviolet light, while having excellent solvent resistance. A photosensitive coloring composition according to the present invention contains (a) a coloring agent, (b) an alkali-soluble resin, (c) a photopolymerization initiator, (d) an ethylenically unsaturated compound, (e) a solvent and (f) a dispersant, and is characterized in that: the optical density per 1 μm of the film thickness of a cured coating film of this photosensitive coloring composition is 0.5 or more; and the dispersant (f) contains a dispersant (f1) that has a repeating unit represented by general formula (1). (In formula (1), Y- represents a counter anion represented by general formula (2).)

La présente invention concerne une composition colorante photosensible qui présente une excellente fiabilité électrique après irradiation avec de la lumière ultraviolette, tout en ayant une excellente résistance aux solvants. Une composition colorante photosensible selon la présente invention contient (a) un agent colorant, (b) une résine soluble en milieu alcalin, (c) un initiateur de photopolymérisation, (d) un composé éthyléniquement insaturé, (e) un solvant et (f) un dispersant, et elle est caractérisée en ce que : la densité optique pour 1 µm d'épaisseur d'un film de revêtement durci de cette composition colorante photosensible est égale ou supérieure à 0,5 ; et le dispersant (f) contient un dispersant (f1) qui a une unité de répétition représentée par la formule générale (1).
