A flow rate controller (12) and a drive device (10) are provided with: a cylinder flow passage (21) connected to an air cylinder (14); a main flow passage (22) for supplying air to and discharging air from the air cylinder (14); an auxiliary flow passage (23) that has a first throttle valve (24) and through which exhaust air discharged from the air cylinder (14) passes with a smaller flow rate than that of the main flow passage (22); a switch valve (26) that switches between a first position in which the cylinder flow passage (21) communicates with the main flow passage (22) and a second position in which the cylinder flow passage (21) communicates with the auxiliary flow passage (23); and a pilot air adjustment part (30) that guides a portion of the exhaust air from the air cylinder (14) as pilot air to the switch valve (26).

L'invention concerne un régulateur de débit (12) et un dispositif d'entraînement (10) pourvus : d'un passage d'écoulement de vérin (21) relié à un vérin pneumatique (14) ; d'un passage d'écoulement principal (22) pour fournir de l'air au vérin pneumatique (14) et évacuer l'air de celui-ci ; d'un passage d'écoulement auxiliaire (23) qui comporte un premier clapet d'étranglement (24) et à travers lequel l'air d'échappement évacué du vérin pneumatique (14) passe avec un débit inférieur à celui du passage d'écoulement principal (22) ; d'une vanne de commutation (26) qui commute entre une première position dans laquelle le passage d'écoulement de vérin (21) communique avec le passage d'écoulement principal (22) et une seconde position dans laquelle le passage d'écoulement de vérin (21) communique avec le passage d'écoulement auxiliaire (23) ; et d'une partie de réglage d'air pilote (30) qui guide une partie de l'air d'échappement provenant du vérin pneumatique (14) en tant qu'air pilote vers la vanne de commutation (26).
