Es wird ein elastisches Dielektrikum (130) beschrieben, welches ein elastisches Polymer (190) und eine Mehrzahl von Poren (180) aufweist. Die Mehrzahl von Poren (180) weisen einen mittleren Porendurchmesser (d) von 50 pm oder weniger auf, und die Mehrzahl von Poren (180) weist ein Porengesamtvolumen auf, welches 60% oder weniger des Gesamtvolumens des elastischen Dielektrikums (130) ausmacht. Ferner werden ein Verwenden des elastischen Dielektrikums (130), eine dielektrische Vorrichtung (100), ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines elastischen Dielektrikums (130), und ein Verwenden eines elektrischen Isolators beschrieben.

The invention describes an elastic dielectric (130) which has an elastic polymer (190) and a plurality of pores (180). The plurality of pores (180) have an average pore diameter (d) of 50 pm or less, and the plurality of pores (180) have a total pore volume which makes up 60% or less of the total volume of the elastic dielectric (130). The invention further relates to a use of the elastic dielectric (130), a dielectric device (100), a method for manufacturing an elastic dielectric (130), and a use of an electric insulator.
