Abstract

The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a free-standing solid composite electrolyte film, comprising the steps of a) mixing (i) at least one sulfide-based solid ionic conducting inorganic particle and (ii) at least one tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) (co)polymer to form a paste and b) calendaring or extruding the paste to produce a film. The invention also relates to a free-standing solid composite electrolyte film comprising (i) at least one sulfide-based solid ionic conducting inorganic particle and (ii) at least one TFE (co)polymer, wherein an amount of the (ii) at least one TFE (co)polymer is from 1.0 to 20.0 wt%, preferably from 2.0 to 15.0 wt% and more preferably from 3.0 to 10.0 wt%, based on the total weight of the film.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un film d'électrolyte composite solide autoportant, comprenant les étapes consistant à a) mélanger (i) au moins une particule inorganique conductrice ionique solide à base de sulfure et (ii) au moins un (co)polymère de tétrafluoroéthylène (TFE) pour former une pâte et b) calandrer ou extruder la pâte pour produire un film. L'invention concerne également un film d'électrolyte composite solide autoportant comprenant (i) au moins une particule inorganique conductrice ionique solide à base de sulfure et (ii) au moins un (co)polymère de TFE, une quantité du ou des (co)polymères de TFE (ii) étant de 1,0 à 20,0 % en poids, de préférence de 2,0 à 15,0 % en poids et de manière davantage préférée de 3,0 à 10,0 % en poids, sur la base du poids total du film.
