Die Erfindung betrifft eine Antriebseinheit (1) für einen hybridischen Antriebsstrang enthaltend eine Brennkraftmaschine (2), eine Elektromaschine (4) und eine zwischen einer Kurbelwelle (3) der Brennkraftmaschine (2) und einem Rotor (5) der Elektromaschine (4) radial innerhalb des Rotors (5) angeordneten Trennkupplung (6), wobei dem Rotor (5) eine Drehschwingungsisolationseinrichtung (8) nachgeschaltet ist, wobei die Drehschwingungsisolationseinrichtung (8) mittels einer Steckverbindung (22) drehschlüssig mit dem Rotor (5) verbunden ist und die Steckverbindung (22) aus dem Rotor (5) zugeordneten Innenprofilierung (19) der Trennkupplung (6) und einer an der Drehschwingungsisolationseinrichtung (8) komplementär ausgebildeten Außenprofilierung (20) gebildet ist. Um eine Geräuschbildung der Steckverbindung (22) zu eliminieren, ist ein Umfangsspiel dieser bedämpft unterbunden.

The invention relates to a drive unit (1) for a hybrid drive train, comprising an internal combustion engine (2), an electric machine (4) and a disconnect clutch (6), which is arranged between a crankshaft (3) of the internal combustion engine (2) and a rotor (5) of the electric machine (4) radially within the rotor (5), a torsional vibration isolation device (8) being arranged downstream of the rotor (5), the torsional vibration isolation device (8) being connected to the rotor (5) for conjoint rotation by means of an insertion connection (22), and the insertion connection (22) being formed from an interior profile (19) of the disconnect clutch (6), which interior profile is associated with the rotor (5), and a complementary exterior profile (20) on the torsional vibration isolation device (8). In order to eliminate the generation of noise by the insertion connection (22), peripheral play of the insertion connection is dampingly suppressed.

L’invention concerne une unité d’entraînement (1) conçue pour une chaîne cinématique hybride comportant un moteur à combustion interne (2), un moteur électrique (4) et un embrayage de coupure (6) agencé entre le vilebrequin (3) du moteur à combustion interne (2) et un rotor du moteur électrique (4) radialement dans le rotor (5), un dispositif d’isolation de vibrations torsionnelles (8) étant monté en aval du rotor (5), ce dispositif d’isolation de vibrations torsionnelles (8) étant relié au rotor (5), de manière solidaire en rotation, au moyen d’une connexion à assemblage par insertion (22), et cette connexion à assemblage par insertion (22) étant constituée d’un profilé interne (19) associé au rotor du circuit de coupure (6) et un profilé extérieur (20) complémentaire à au dispositif d’isolation de vibrations torsionnelles (8). L’objectif de cette invention est de pouvoir supprimer une production sonore de la connexion à assemblage par insertion (22). À cet effet, un jeu circonférentiel est ménagé à des fins d’atténuation.
