A method for synthesizing an aliphatic polyester block copolymer regulated by carbon monoxide. The method uses an organic cobalt metal complex as a convertible catalyst and comprises: first regulating an anionic ring-opening copolymerization reaction between an aliphatic anhydride and an epoxide; then using carbon monoxide as a conversion agent for conversion to obtain a catalyst having a new catalytic active site; and regulating a vinyl monomer to perform active free radical polymerization to obtain an aliphatic polyester block copolymer having a controllable structure. The described synthesis method uses a convertible catalyst and a conversion agent, combines two controllable polymerization reactions which have different but compatible mechanisms, and obtains a block copolymer by means of a "one-pot" reaction. The described method can precisely regulate the chain structure of a block copolymer, avoid shortcomings of traditional methods such as cumbersome operation and an overly complex system, expand the selection range of monomer types, and enrich the diversity of block copolymer structures.

L'invention concerne un procédé de synthèse d'un copolymère séquencé de polyester aliphatique régulé par du monoxyde de carbone. Le procédé utilise un complexe organométallique de cobalt en tant que catalyseur convertible et comprend : tout d'abord la régulation d'une réaction de copolymérisation par ouverture de cycle anionique entre un anhydride aliphatique et un époxyde ; puis l'utilisation de monoxyde de carbone en tant qu'agent de conversion pour la conversion pour obtenir un catalyseur ayant un nouveau site actif catalytique ; et la régulation d'un monomère vinylique pour effectuer une polymérisation radicalaire active pour obtenir un copolymère séquencé de polyester aliphatique ayant une structure contrôlable. Le procédé de synthèse décrit utilise un catalyseur convertible et un agent de conversion, combine deux réactions de polymérisation contrôlables qui ont des mécanismes différents mais compatibles, et obtient un copolymère séquencé au moyen d'une réaction «monotope». Le procédé décrit permet de réguler avec précision la structure de chaîne d'un copolymère séquencé, éviter les inconvénients des procédés classiques tels qu'un fonctionnement fastidieux et un système excessivement complexe, étendre la plage de sélection de types de monomères, et enrichir la diversité de structures de copolymère séquencé.

一种一氧化碳调控的脂肪族聚酯嵌段共聚物的合成方法,该方法以有机钴金属配合物为可转换催化剂,首先调控脂肪族酸酐与环氧化合物的阴离子开环共聚反应,然后以一氧化碳为转换剂,转换得到具有新的催化活性位点的催化剂,调控乙烯基单体进行活性自由基聚合,得到结构可控的脂肪族聚酯嵌段共聚物。该合成方法利用可转换催化剂和转换剂,结合两种机理不同但相容的可控聚合反应,"一锅法"反应得到嵌段共聚物,能够精确调控嵌段共聚物的链结构,规避了传统方法操作繁琐、体系冗杂等缺点,拓展了单体种类的选择范围,丰富嵌段共聚物结构的多样性。
