Abstract

A transport protein coding gene, and a method for using a strain containing said gene to increase L-tryptophan production. Specifically, strain L-tryptophan production efficiency can be improved by means of heterologous expression of the ywkB gene from bacillus subtilis on the escherichia coli genome. Performing shake flask fermentation with the strain can accumulate 15.2g/L of L-tryptophan within 24 hours, which is 35% higher than a control strain.

L'invention concerne un gène codant pour une protéine de transport et un procédé pour utiliser une souche contant ce gène pour augmenter la production de L-tryptophane. Elle concerne notamment une amélioration de la production de L-tryptophane au moyen de l'expression hétérologue du gène ywkB à partir de Bacillus subtilis du génome d'Escherichia coli. La fermentation dans un flacon d'agitation avec la souche permet d'accumuler 15.2g/L de L-tryptophane dans les 24 hours, ce qui est 35% supérieur à la souche de référence.

一种转运蛋白编码基因及利用含有该基因的菌株高效生产L-色氨酸的方法。具体的,通过在大肠杆菌基因组上异源表达来自枯草芽孢杆菌的ywkB基因可增强菌株L-色氨酸生产效率,利用该菌株进行摇瓶发酵可在24h内积累L-色氨酸15.2g/L,相比对照菌株提高了35%。
