Disclosed is an ultrasonic echo signal processing method, comprising the steps of acquiring and analyzing an ultrasonic echo signal of a liver to obtain a quantitative value reflecting the degree of severity of the liver attribute analysis and a credibility of the quantitative value; and displaying the quantitative value and the credibility on a display interface of a display. The quantitative value provides a doctor with the degree of severity of the liver attribute analysis, and the displayed credibility can avoid misleading the doctor, the quantitative value and its credibility can provide the doctor with a comprehensive diagnosis reference, and help the doctor to improve the diagnosis accuracy. Further disclosed is a corresponding ultrasound imaging device.

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de signal d'écho ultrasonore, comprenant les étapes consistant à acquérir et analyser un signal d'écho ultrasonore d'un foie afin d'obtenir une valeur quantitative reflétant le degré de gravité de l'analyse des caractéristiques du foie et la crédibilité de la valeur quantitative ; et afficher la valeur quantitative et la crédibilité sur une interface d'affichage d'un écran. La valeur quantitative fournit au médecin le degré de gravité de l'analyse des caractéristiques du foie, et la crédibilité affichée peut éviter que le médecin ne soit induit en erreur, la valeur quantitative et sa crédibilité peuvent fournir au médecin des critères de diagnostic exhaustifs et aider le médecin à améliorer la précision du diagnostic. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif d'imagerie ultrasonore correspondant.
