L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un matériau à base de carbone comportant des nanotubes de carbone à paroi unique et modifié par du chlore (2 variantes). L'invention concerne également un matériau à base de carbone modifié par du chlore, un matériau composite à base de celui-ci et des procédés de production de ces derniers.
