According to the disclosure of the present documents, a quantization parameter used in a scaling process of a quantized escape value in a palette mode may be derived on the basis of minimum quantization parameter information relating to a transform skip mode. Accordingly, the amount of data required to be signaled for video/image coding can be reduced and escape coding in a palette mode can be effectively performed.

Selon la divulgation des présents documents, un paramètre de quantification utilisé dans un processus de mise à l'échelle d'une valeur d'échappement quantifiée dans un mode à palette peut être déduit en fonction d'informations de paramètre de quantification minimale concernant un mode de saut de transformée. Par conséquent, la quantité de données devant être signalées pour un codage de vidéo/d'image peut être réduite, et le codage d'échappement dans un mode à palette peut être effectué efficacement.

본 문서의 개시에 따르면, 팔레트 모드에서의 양자화된 이스케이프 값에 대한 스케일링 과정에서 사용되는 양자화 파라미터를 도출함에 있어서, 변환 스킵 모드에 대한 최소 양자화 파라미터 정보를 기반으로 도출될 수 있다. 이를 통하여 비디오/영상 코딩을 위하여 시그널링되어야 하는 데이터량을 줄이고, 팔레트 모드에서 이스케이프 코딩을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다.
