The present invention relates to a handpiece and, more particularly, to a handpiece having a rotational force transfer shaft portion, a predetermined section of which comprises multiple spokes having bending characteristics, such that a rotational force can be directly transferred from a rotational power source to a head portion solely by a single rotational force transfer shaft portion. Accordingly, the handpiece can solve problems such as rotational power loss, noise, micro vibration, durability degradation, and volume increase, which result from the gear connection structure of a conventional rotational force transfer shaft portion, which is complicated. A handpiece according to the present invention comprises: a body portion having a handle formed thereon; a head portion to which a tool is coupled; and a rotational force transfer shaft portion for transferring a rotational force from a rotational power source provided on a side of the body portion to a side of the head portion. The rotational force transfer shaft portion has a predetermined section configured as a spiral spoke portion, which has a helical-type spiral shape. Accordingly, the rotational force transfer shaft portion can independently bend toward a side of the head portion from the part on which the spiral spoke portion is formed. The rotational force transfer shaft portion extends, through the spiral spoke portion part, to a side of the head portion that deviates from the rotational center axis of the rotational power source such that the rotational force can be transferred to a side of the head portion.

La présente invention concerne une pièce à main et, plus particulièrement, une pièce à main ayant une partie d'arbre de transfert de force de rotation, dont une section prédéterminée comprend de multiples rayons ayant des caractéristiques de flexion, de telle sorte qu'une force de rotation peut être directement transférée d'une source de puissance rotative à une partie tête uniquement par une seule partie d'arbre de transfert de force de rotation. En conséquence, la pièce à main peut résoudre des problèmes tels qu'une perte de puissance rotative, du bruit, une micro-vibration, une dégradation de durabilité et une augmentation de volume, qui résultent de la structure de liaison d'engrenage d'une partie d'arbre de transfert de force de rotation classique, qui est compliquée. Une pièce à main selon la présente invention comprend : une partie corps sur laquelle est formée une poignée ; une partie tête à laquelle un outil est couplé ; et une partie arbre de transfert de force de rotation pour transférer une force de rotation d'une source de puissance rotative disposée sur un côté de la partie corps vers un côté de la partie tête. La partie arbre de transfert de force de rotation a une section prédéterminée configurée sous la forme d'une partie de rayon en spirale, qui a une forme de spirale de type hélicoïdal. Par conséquent, la partie d'arbre de transfert de force de rotation peut fléchir indépendamment vers un côté de la partie tête à partir de la section sur laquelle la partie de rayon en spirale est formée. La partie arbre de transfert de force de rotation s'étend, à travers la section de partie de rayon en spirale, jusqu'à un côté de la partie tête qui s'écarte de l'axe central de rotation de la source de puissance rotative de telle sorte que la force de rotation peut être transférée à un côté de la partie tête.

본 발명은 핸드피스에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 회전력전달축부의 일정 구간이 휨성을 가진 복수의 살대로 이루어져, 하나의 회전력전달축부만으로도 회전동력원의 회전력을 헤드부측으로 직접 전달할 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 종래의 복잡한 회전력전달축부의 기어 연결 구조에 기인하는 회전 동력 손실, 소음, 미세진동, 내구성 저하, 부피 증가 등의 문제점을 해소할 수 있는 핸드피스에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 핸드피스는 손잡이가 형성된 몸체부; 공구가 결합되는 헤드부; 및 상기 몸체부 일측에 구비된 회전동력원으로부터 회전력을 상기 헤드부 일측에 전달하는 회전력전달축부를 포함하고, 상기 회전력전달축부의 일정 구간은 헬리칼 형태의 나선형을 이루는 나선형 살대부로 이루어져, 회전력전달축부 자체가 그 나선형 살대부 형성 부위에서 상기 헤드부 일측을 향해 휘어질 수 있고, 상기 회전력전달축부는 상기 나선형 살대부 부위를 통하여 상기 회전동력원의 회전중심축으로부터 벗어난 상기 헤드부 일측으로 연장되어, 그 회전력을 상기 헤드부 일측으로 전달할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
