A method for determining a proximity of at least one object using an electronic device is provided. The method includes obtaining hover data from a touch panel of the electronic device. Further, the method includes determining at least one of a first hover or a second hover based on the hover data of the at least one object obtained for the touch panel. Further, the method includes determining the proximity of the at least one object to the touch panel of the electronic device based on at least one of the first hover or the second hover.

L'invention concerne un procédé consistant à déterminer une proximité d'au moins un objet à l'aide d'un dispositif électronique. Le procédé consiste à obtenir des données de vol stationnaire à partir d'un panneau tactile du dispositif électronique. En outre, le procédé consiste à déterminer au moins l'un parmi un premier vol stationnaire ou un second vol stationnaire sur la base des données de vol stationnaire dudit objet obtenu pour le panneau tactile. En outre, le procédé consiste à déterminer la proximité dudit objet sur le panneau tactile du dispositif électronique sur la base d'au moins l'un parmi le premier vol stationnaire ou le second vol stationnaire.
