The present invention provides an electric compressor having a built-in inverter circuit board, the electric compressor comprising: an inverter receiving space formed at the outer surface of a housing in which a rotor and a rotary shaft are disposed at the center thereof, a stator is disposed outside the rotor while being spaced apart therefrom, and the rotor and the rotary shaft are rotated by electromagnetic induction from the stator; a circuit board bracket coupled inside the inverter receiving space so as to fix an inverter circuit board in the inverter receiving space; the inverter circuit board mounted to the circuit board bracket and electrically connected to the rotor so as to control the rotation of the rotor by means of an inverter; an annular elastic insulation member coming in surface contact with the center portion of the outer surface of the inverter circuit board; and an inverter cover coupled to the inverter receiving space by tightening of a fastening bolt while the inner surface thereof comes in surface contact with the elastic insulation member, so as to seal the inverter receiving space, whereby vibrations generated in the center portions of the inverter cover and the inverter circuit board can be reduced, and thus noise emitted to the outside can be attenuated.

La présente invention concerne un compresseur électrique ayant une carte de circuit imprimé d'onduleur intégrée, le compresseur électrique comprenant : un espace de réception d'onduleur formé au niveau de la surface extérieure d'un boîtier dans lequel un rotor et un arbre rotatif sont disposés au centre de celui-ci, un stator est disposé à l'extérieur du rotor tout en étant espacé de celui-ci et le rotor et l'arbre rotatif sont entraînés en rotation par induction électromagnétique en provenance du stator ; un support de carte de circuit imprimé couplé à l'intérieur de l'espace de réception d'onduleur de façon à fixer une carte de circuit imprimé d'onduleur dans l'espace de réception d'onduleur ; la carte de circuit imprimé d'onduleur étant montée sur le support de carte de circuit imprimé et connectée électriquement au rotor de manière à commander la rotation du rotor au moyen d'un onduleur ; un élément d'isolation élastique annulaire venant en contact de surface avec la partie centrale de la surface extérieure de la carte de circuit imprimé d'onduleur ; et un couvercle d'onduleur couplé à l'espace de réception d'onduleur par serrage d'un boulon de fixation tandis que sa surface interne vient en contact de surface avec l'élément d'isolation élastique, de manière à sceller l'espace de réception d'onduleur, des vibrations générées dans les parties centrales du couvercle d'onduleur et de la carte de circuit d'onduleur pouvant être ainsi réduites ce qui permet d'atténuer le bruit émis vers l'extérieur.

본 발명은 내부 중심에 회전자 및 회전축이 배치되고, 상기 회전자의 외측에는 고정자가 이격 구성되며, 상기 고정자의 전자유도작용에 의해 상기 회전자 및 회전축이 회전하는 하우징의 외측면에 형성한 인버터 수용공간과, 상기 인버터 수용공간의 내부에 결합되어, 인버터 회로기판을 인버터 수용공간에 고정하는 회로기판 브라켓과, 상기 회로기판 브라켓에 장착되면서 상기 회전자와 전기적으로 연결되어, 상기 회전자의 회전을 인버터 제어하는 인버터 회로기판과, 상기 인버터 회로기판의 외측면 중앙에 면접하는 환 상의 절연탄성부재 및 상기 절연탄성부재와 내측면이 면접하면서 체결볼트의 체결로 상기 인버터 수용공간에 결합되어, 상기 인버터 수용공간을 밀폐하는 인버터 커버를 포함하여, 상기 인버터 커버 및 인버터 회로기판의 중앙부에서 발생하는 진동을 저감 시킴으로써 외부로 방사되는 소음을 완화 시킬 수 있는 인버터 회로기판이 내장된 전동압축기를 제공한다.
